exchange student (20 year old woman) looking for single room near university of padova

I am a 20 year old student from Michigan, USA. I study business at the University of Michigan. I will be studying at the University of Padova for the 3rd trimester, which is January 14-April 15 2019, but I will likely need a place to stay until the end of April. I am looking for a single room, but I am comfortable with a shared bathroom. I would prefer to live with other students (either Italian or exchange, doesn't matter).
