29 year old girl, looking for accommodation in Padua

My faculty is located in Via Del Santo. So I am looking for an accommodation not very far from city center. Also I prefer to have female roomates. Also I should mention that I look for a single bedroom. My budget is 300 euro with all bills and costs included. I need the place from the first of January and I plan to stay at least for one year.
