22 year old male and 20 year old female (not couple) looking for accommodation in Padova

Hello, me and my colleague are both interested in renting a room each in an apartment during October to February and have quite some urgency, we arrive in the 23rd and our hotel stay is untill the 25th, we have some urgency to find accommodation and would like to move in a bit before the start of the month, we would be willing to pay the difference for the extra days.

We are a group of 2 people, 1 male (22y) and one female (20), we would strongly prefer to be in separate rooms but living in the same apartment.
