20 year old international student looking for rented accommodation in Padua

I am a 20 year old international student from England coming to study in UNIOP for an academic year. I am looking for rented accommodation in Padua, preferably a shared flat. I will be studying psychology in English during my stay. I am open to learning Italian whilst living in Padua so would appreciate any help with that also!
