20 year old girl, looking for accommodation in Padova

I'm a 20 year old Brazilian girl who studies International Law at Nottingham Trent University and I'm looking for a place to stay during my year abroad in Padova. I'll be staying the whole academic year and am looking for somewhere to stay where I can hopefully not just speak either english or Portuguese all the time and just improve my italian.
I don't mind living in a studio or living with other people (gender or anything of the sort doesn't really matter), so long as the other people are quite down to earth, relatively tidy and nice.
The maximum i'm looking to spend on a place a month is €450 including bills, but if I can get somewhere less than that it would be great.
