Welcome to the forum for Erasmus Padova 2011 / 2012!
This is the place where Erasmus students, or any exchange students, that are headed for Padova in 2011 / 2012 can introduce themselves and get to know one another before they arrive. Introduce yourself to the forum and ask any questions you may have about the city, the University, where to stay, where to eat, the prices, places for parties, how to get to Padova, etc. Here you can also find:
- The general forum for Padova
- People who have been, are and will be in Padova
- A photo gallery of Padova
- Erasmus experiences in Padova
- The map and weather in Padova
- The Universities in Padova
If you're a student who's spent time in Padova in the past you can share your experiences and vote for Padova by clicking here. The cities with the best and most interesting experiences will appear higher up in the ranking of Erasmus cities. Help Padova win the number one spot!

Je m'apprête à passer une année à Padoue et j'aimerai faire quelques connaissances pour pouvoir m'intégrer assez rapidement et ne pas déprimer toute seule dans mon coin!

Hi I'm going to Padua as well =)
I am thinking of signing up for one of the university houses. Does anyone know whether they're ok or not? I've been looking for rooms on the Internet and I find the prices of the dormitories quite high if comparing to some private rooms.
I'm going by myself so I'd love to meet some people before arriving there =D

I am also going to Padua study Management/Economics next semester! I am thinking about staying in the residences but I am also looking for a cheap flat to share with more people. For the portuguese people here, how are you going to Padua? Plane to Milan and then train to Padua? I think it is the cheapest way. Flights at 76€ at TAP (from Lisbon) and train at 30€ :)
People talk very well about Padua. I cant wait...
Nádia Soares Written 13 years ago
Yes I read somewhere that that is the best way, but I don't know if there's another one. Have you looked at prices in low cost airlines? It gets a little bit cheaper =D

Hello! I'm also going to Padua in september, and I get a place in a residence, but I'm not quite sure if I'm taking it. It will cost me 200 euros per month, and maybe in a flat with two friends it could be cheaper.. I don't know if the prices include water, electricity and that kind of things if I stay in a flat. Any advice? Thanks

Hello! I am going to Padova at the end of February and still I haven't find any room available. SassaServicce found me a double room but it was too far from the center outside the city. I will stay for three months and that's a problem because nobody wants a flatmate for so short. If anybody can help me I would appreciate it. (I am looking for a single room). Also if anyone who comes the same days and wants to search with me to find together a flat that's nice too. [email protected]

I'm an American undergraduate student currently studying in France through ISEP. I have created a wiki to allow students who have already studied through an ISEP program or who are currently studying in an ISEP program to share information they have gathered during their experiences. Students often find themselves lost or anxious for information about their programs a few months before departure as well as the first few weeks in their host country. The information on the wiki could help students who are currently participating in ISEP programs or who are going to depart for a program in the coming months. This wiki is not affiliated with ISEP Central.
http://isep.wikispot.org/
You can add information to the page created for the countries where you have studied. The universities pages are also good places to share information specific to the city where you studied. I have created pages for all participating ISEP universities in the United States and abroad, including your university's program. Each page has suggested headings and topics, but you may share whatever information you feel will be helpful to current and future students participating in ISEP programs. Thank you for your help!
