My Erasmus experience at the University of Oulu

Why did you choose to go to Oulu, Finland?

I have always been interested by the Northern countries. I already knew that their culture was very different than the rest of Europe and I really wanted to discover something new. Moreover, I did not want to choose something in the South, like Spain or Italia, because I did not want an Erasmus just to party all the time. I wanted to travel and discover the nature and by going in Oulu you can be sure that everyone share this interest.

Furthermore, I wanted to try how it feels to live in the cold, away from the civilization and of course, see Northern lights.
