One room I am using and the other room is free. Would like to share that room. It's a big room with AC. Rent: 46000 JPY per room excluding Utilities which will be approx 6-8k per person. Location: Minamirokugō 2 Chome, Ota Ku.
8-10 mins walk from Zoshiki station and 30 mins walk or 15 mins cycling from Kamata JR. Looking for students or working professional. Kitchen setup full ready.
