What is it like to live in Oslo? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
It is calm and nature friendly. You can enjoy a lot, you can be in the city centre and in 20 min you can go skiing or sledding!
What is the student lifestyle like in Oslo?
I didn't study there, can't say much. There are a lot of pubs/bars/clubs but crazy expensive.
How much does it cost to live in Oslo?
Oslo is the most expensive city in the world, everything is super expensive so be ready. Beer around 80 - 100 NOK (8-10 euros), bread 20-30 NOK (2-3 euros), transportation card for one week 220 NOK (22 euros).
Is it difficult to find accommodation in Oslo? Is there any advice you can give?
Not really, you can find a lot of flats on www.finn.no or the student dorms.
What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?
Not many traditional things.
What places would you recommend visiting in Oslo?

- Akker Brygge
- Ski jumping
Is it good to eat out in Oslo? Can you tell us your favourite spots?
Expensive.
Is the nightlife good in Oslo? Where is good to go?
I can recommend the pub called Crow. Awesome!
What advice would you give future students heading to Oslo?
Be prepared for crazy prices!
