Welcome week!
On Monday Welcome week started. We had an Erasmus meeting, divided into countries where they told us quickly about what the university is like and what we had to do. After the meeting, we went to the campus where everything was situated. There was a tent with more than 50 societies, so definitely something for everyone's tastes! From a football society to a Harry Potter society, the people they had there were incredible. And incredible how we swept through (especially the Spanish) with the little presents that they gave us, I think that I have a pen from every stand that they had. The good thing is that the following day, after another meeting but this time in the Business school, we went to the other campus again (University Park, as I haven't mentioned it) to collect our university cards, finally! Once we had them we went straight to buy the bus cards, all in the same university! And then again for the little presents and information about the societies. By the way, they also sell massive posters to decorate your room and I bought one of Picadilly Circus in London.
Tomorrow we have to select our modules already, some people are having problems with getting the ones they want, but I think that in the Business school it will be ok because we have already pre-registered.
Bye Bye!
