The first week.

The first week.

This adventure started with two friends from university, Inma and Julia (I live with her).

Now, after five days I'm getting used to this city; it is big with a lot of people and many cultures. I must say the first few days were chaotic. Arriving late (4. 30 pm... if it is late here) to the residence, they explained everything to us and we walked around the residence. We have no pillows, no sheets or duvet. I ran to the shops because they closed at 5. 30 - 6. 00 pm! At the end of the day, we did not have a duvet and luckily we found a store that closed at 7 and we were able to buy sheets and pillow. I have not been colder in my life!

Note: Buy the quilt first!

Julia and I are with two more girls In the apartment of the residence but they still had not arrived. And we were feeling nervous for 3 days about who they were! At last the two German girls arrived yesterday and everything is now on the go! Meeting lots of people, visiting the pubs here that I have read about and what there is most of in England. And walking a lot! Oh yes, and buying everything without stopping! This week is definitely not going to slow down.

In terms of the weather, it did not stop raining for the first two days at all! But these last three have been sunny so far! You could not ask for more!
