Company is a luxury fashion brand with an office located in the heart of Manhattan.
The responsibilities would include assistance in:
Month-end closing
Balance Sheet and Income Statement account analysis
Financial statement preparation
Bank and Credit Card reconciliations
Recording daily sales and Preparation of sales report
Tracking and preparing inventory entries in the system
Cash administration
Inter-company reconciliation
Preparation and filing sales and use tax
Budget and Cash Flow preparation / Forecasting / Projections
Provide operational and financial analytical support
Recording Bi-Weekly Payroll
Processing Accounts Payable Invoices
Preparation and entering Journal Entries
Processing & Reconciliation of A/R invoices
Organizing and filing
Location: Manhattan, NYC
Stipend: lunch and transportation
