2 incoming music majors at nyu (Washington square park). We're very easy going and just need 2 furnished rooms with utilities included that won't burst our student budget. Travel time we're asking for is 40 minutes and under. Laundry at facility is a huge plus. Our budget is 1200 each per month. Move in date is August 23rd 2019
