Hi guys and girls. We're searching for a flatmate! We're renting the flat with 3 bedrooms (1 room is free) in calle Sardoy 3, it is in front of the La Merced campus, in the city centre. The price is 165 euro + water, gas, electricity. That is very good offer because the flat is in a very good condition - spare living room with air-conditioning, bathroom, kithcen with all the aquipment, washing machine, all the things the student need. Possible Internet access, in living room there is Wifi availible. We need the flatmate as soon as possible, because the girl with whom we've shared the flat was accepted in the another University and have left to another city. Waiting for your call and messages.

Hola todos! Looking forward to arriving in Murcia this Wednesday and meeting some new people from all over our little planet. Going to be spending the year studying classes in Spanish and Philosophy. I'm arriving a bit late so will be missing most of the induction meetings and would appreciate some advice on renting a room, if anyone would be so kind as to point me in the right direction that would be great. Somewhere central with a spare room would be ideal in the price range of 150-200 per month. I would love to live with some Spanish people to really get the best out of the experience and improve my weak spanish, but that said at this stage I am open to anything that is available. I'm fluent in english and can help out with any english students, I can also speak a bit of german and of course a bit of gaeilge but I don't think there is much demand for that! As a person I'm outgoing and like to party when the work is done, love music and meeting new people. That said I'm not too keen on living in a party house and enjoy a calm home environment. Hola chicos, yo me voy de Erasmus el año que viene, y me gustaría mucho empezar a moverme en ese ambiente, especialmente con ingleses y franceses, que son los únicos idiomas que controlo. Spacious room, 1doble bed, exterior window(view to the mountains), large wardrobe and bookshelves. Flat shared with 2 other people.
Very large living room, lots of light, with air conditioning.
Kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, toaster, etc.
Entry at the beginning of February. The flat is in a residential area, well connected to the centre and the train station.
The house has a lively feel, we are looking for a sociable person, none-smoker, with whom we can keep up this atmosphere.

Piso detrás de la catedral , habitaciones con mesa , armario , estanteria y cama.
Solo para chicas universitarias .
Todo incluido excepto el internet que tocariamos a 10 euros por persona .
El piso no tiene ascensor , es un tercero , pero es lo normal al estar en el centro de murcia.

Hola, somos tres chicas que buscan a una cuarta para compartir piso en Murcia.
Esta completamente amueblado (television, lavadora, aire acondicionado, red wifi, microondas, dvd, frigorifico...) y todo completamente nuevo. La habitacion es muy luminosa y tiene escritorio propio y armario amplio, ademas de la cama.
El piso esta en frente de la universidad de la Merced, a 10 min de la parada del bus y del tranvía, se encuentre en un lugar muy centrico.
