Why did you choose to go to Murcia, Spain?
Because I'm studying translation and I didn't know a word of Spanish before this experience! I needed to learn the language and living abroad is the only way to learn a new language!
How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
My experience lasted for 10 months. The scholarship I received covered just the rent.
Would you recommend the city and the University of Murcia to other students?
Absolutely! The teachers are very nice (most of them!) and I loved the city.
What is the food like?
AMAZING. Best Tapas Ever.
How much does it cost to live in Murcia?
Not much. Italy is much more expensive.
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
yes, language classes are available.
The Spanish spoken in Murcia is a bit different, but you get used to it!
Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Murcia?
REVOLVER: Nice pub close to the University.
