We landed at Domodedovo Airport. Moldovan pilots we went without a hitch, well done. The airport moved to town every 30 minutes a train Express ' Aeroexpres '. Do 40 minutes in the city. In fact these trains from all three airports serving Moscow (Sheremetievo, Domodedovo and Vnukovo). Tickets are very cheap if you buy the fare ' family ' (Jude adults and one child). In this way our ticket for three persons has cost cheaper than a full ticket for an adult. In general, I have noticed then and at museums, and elsewhere, there's this ' family ' rate, which is very advantageous for Russia; find one of the traditional luptatoarele for the integrity of the family and its values.
I visited Red Square (actually a beautiful Market, between more correct translations) with the surroundings. I managed to enter the Church of St Blajennyi (with many different colored domes) which has been renovated. You can take pictures inside, without cost, but without the Flash. That every time I have been and I visited the Church of Christ the Savior. Every time like this extraordinary Church rediscover. Rediscover the pavements, paintings, Interior and exterior decoration. For me is the most beautiful and impressive church that I saw it there once. If the Russians have wanted Moscow to become the new 1506, then through this church they have definitely succeeded.
But I enjoyed the most when I managed to buy tickets to visit the Orujeinaia Palate (kind of a treasure Chamber) which is situated on the territory of Cremlinului. After several drastic special filters I entered into this amazing Museum. Ferecaturi Bibles, bowls, table service of solid gold, cantering a few kilograms. Gems, stones crowning crowns of the countries Russia, thousands of diamonds, swords, bondage created a lot of painted and beaten in Royal diamond, crowning dresses, jewels, the renowned Faberge eggs and much more. You're like in a story. Do you believe that people have been able to create something, somewhere in the world there are so many riches. It goes without saying that not all were manufactured in Russia, many exhibits of princes and sun gifts for foreign ambassadors. I have never visited the battle of Borodino Panorama (fight the Russians went with Napoleon, before they invade Moscow). And here you can take pictures without paying.
Many new and tall buildings in Moscow, was built very much, the infrastructure is well developed. Underground trains come in 40 seconds one after the other. For shopping we visited two shopping complexes outside Cremlin. One underground-Ohotnyi Riad, the other is located in Red-GUM Market. The prices are a little high but it is downtown Moscow. I could not describe all the things seen and all the impressions. We have made this journey for our boy, which until now I couldn't but to tell about Moscow and now enjoyed himself very much. ..
Here we are heading to the Kremlin entrance, passing through red square, or rather, Krásnaya площадь, Krasnaya placed in translation ' ' Beautiful ' Market ', as we explain our local guide, Alexander. Red square is not as great as it looks in the photos on the internet, it's likely an optical illusion, personally, and I expected to be broader, more open. The fact is that it's almost always full of tourists. And if you are ever in Russia, into a religious icon shop and you see someone buying a painting of our Lady of Kazan, must know that a wedding will take place, because, this icon is most precious wedding gift offered in particular bride. In honor of this icons have been loved many churches and one of them is the Cathedral Kazanskaia-Virgin Bride.
And slowly we approach the entrance to the Kremlin, but I prefer to dedicate a separate review, Kremlin-I hope me soon-and that's because this city of old town, deserve special attention. Until then, we can visit and other sights of the city, and not at the pitch, but in a metro ride away. In fact, it's hard to believe, but in Moscow, anyone can handle it very easy to arrive at different points of the city with a tourist map and subway. Maybe even easier than in Bucharest. And a journey on the Metro in Moscow is more enjoyable than one with a luxury car, because, besides the fact that the Moscow metro runs very large, deep architectural variation of the stations, make them to be unique in the world. But Moscow's great architectural treasures of the area, and also in Moscow, as well as the all-Russian, Earth, blessed by God, does not cease to praise the creator of them bowing down through the centuries
Museum of Borodino
Who gets in Moscow nowadays you don't have to miss this spectacular Museum! The Museum was opened in 1962 to commemorate famous battles get of Borodino between Napoleon Bonaparte's troops and the Russian ones, under the command of General Kutuzov, whose bust stands at the entrance of the Museum, being home to a fantastic circular painting of a length of over 100 meters and a height of 15 meters of the painter Franz Roubaix-that depict moments during the battle. What struck me here is not only the uniqueness of the painting itself (large paintings-but not seen-circular arranged and at the Hermitage), but the fact that they continued with pieces of exhibits, because otherwise I do not know how to tell them, which completed the painting beyond it and make a "joint body" with this ... So I have understood, the painting, in front of us, on foot, were pieces of wood remaining from homes set on fire fumigant, excerpts from a cart and burnt grass. ...
Hovering in the air a smell slightly of smoke, or maybe I was so into the atmosphere that we autosuggestion..., especially during visits there were effects of sound ... The Museum houses original uniforms and weapons, pieces of porcelain and pottery, but also paintings, portraits and engravings with personalities and scenes from that battle. As a souvenir I took a cigarette "lit", so it seemed real, but that he did not smoke [...] I then visited The Kremlin and Lenin's mausoleum, where his body is exposed, St. Basil's Cathedral. Moscow is a fascinating city, extremely beautiful and grandiose, which, along with Leningrad, Kiev and Petrodvoret I left a recollection of a dream vacations.
Personally the most I liked the former armory building, which had about 150 years but who was and is now a museum. Here they were exposed to personal belongings of former Communist countries; crockery, clothing, carriages, and mobile jewelry, Thrones and crowns. Fantastic, much wealth gathered in one place. Of course he could not miss the Cathedral of Saint Basil, the program best known symbol of orthodox Russia, (which I went to a wonderful evening and we admire being illuminated.), the mausoleum was exhibited with the body of Lenin (the first Soviet leader), and the Cathedral of the Annunciation. Then after all the history we made a stroll through Gorky Park is the best known of the many parks of Moscow ... I admired Bolshoi Theatre building.
Metro I walked there from the need to travel, how to admire a few stations. An architectural masterpiece; each plant is decorated differently. The first line of the Moscow metro was inaugurated prior to the Second World War. I said at the beginning that in Moscow, then we saw a piece of the West; the first fast food restaurant McDonald's in the Soviet Union was opened in Moscow, even in those days.
The tails were immense, and people make a huge plateau for a menu. In a Communist country, the taste of the West was a luxury, and luxury costa. Certainly all those things exist today that have added other things like malls and night clubs. Worth seeing in this city; rich in history, art and culture.
