What is it like to live in Montreal? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
There is always something to do. The streets of downtown are never empty. Very live all the time. I would recommend Montreal to everyone especially students.
What is the student lifestyle like in Montreal?
Student life is great. Very multicultural and as long as you are a sociable person you will fit in no problem.
How much does it cost to live in Montreal?
It really depends where you look. In the heart of downtown it is a little more expensive but if you look a little more east or west, you will find a place for a decent price and public transportation is very easy to use.
What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?
Montreal is very multi-cultural so every type of food can be found. Don't be afraid to try those small holes in the walls. They end up being the best places.
What places would you recommend visiting in Montreal?
- Old port is beautiful in all seasons
- Bell Centre for hockey fans
- The olympic stadium
- For parties - Saint Laurent Street and Saint Denis
Is it good to eat out in Montreal? Can you tell us your favourite spots?
Yes I recommend trying eating out every now and then. Really depends what you like.

Don't be shy. Everyone is very friendly. If theres somewhere you want to go. Ask around. Have fun!
