How did you find living in the city of Montreal? Do you recommend it? How is the city?

Montreal is a very beautiful city and I recommend it to everybody! The city is found to the south of Quebec, so the Winters aren't too bad and we have 4 seasons a year. The people are super nice and curious about other cultures. You never feel alone in Montreal. What's more, there are a lot of things to do: festivals, museums and the night life is too cool. Everyone speaks at least three languages.

How is student life in Montreal?

Student life is excellent. There are many young people who live in the city centre and there are always events and fun nights going on. What's more, as a student you get discounts on nearly all the activities.

How are living costs in Montreal?

Montreal is one of the least expensive cities to live in. You could have a studio for $530 a month, everything included and just 10 or 15 minutes away from the city centre.

Is it hard to find somewhere to live in Montreal? Do you have any advice to give?

No! You just have to go on Kijiji, Craigslist or Facebook.

How is the food in the city? What are your favourite dishes?

The food is excellent because there are plenty of restaurants coming from different cultures. My favourite dishes are especially Chinese and Indian dishes, as well as the poutine of course!
