Looking for an accomodation in monterrey (fall semester)

My name is Nils and I'm from Germany :)

I'm looking for a shared flat in Monterrey near Tec de Monterrey for the upcoming Fall Semester. 

Preferably I would like to live with Mexicans to improve my Spanish and to experience the mexican culture.

I'm calm and kind but also a good-humoured person.
