5 months.

What is the student atmosphere like in Mons?

The atmosphere is good, the Erasmus students and the students from Mons are kind, as well as the teachers.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Mons to other students?

Yes, but it's not good for those who want to have fun because there aren't many places.

What is the food like?

They eat well but it's not Mediterranean cuisine :)

Did you have trouble finding accommodation in Mons?

Yes, I got a contract that doesn't allow me to recover my deposit.

What is the cost of living like in Mons?

It's high.

How is learning the language? Have you been to any language classes organised by the university?

Yes, there are classes and I found them to be very good.

Which places would you recommend to go out and party in Mons?

They have organised cool parties that people can go to, but maybe the prices could be more reasonable.

And what about eating in Mons? What are your favourite places?

Usually, I eat salads and chicken... so not very traditional!

Bruges, Brussels and Liège.

You shouldn't be stressed before coming here, there is always a solution and people are really kind.
