Hi there!
I am a future student at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, I would like to if there is anyone who has experienced a delay in obtaining a declaration of Value. It seems like I can't apply for visa without this and I am afraid I will miss the deadline for submitting my documents for scholarship.
Any advise will be welcomed!
