Why did you choose to go to Milan, Italy?

Plenty of architure history here, mentioned as one of design capital in the world, and home of one europe's best schools.

What is the student lifestyle like in Milan?

It depends on the person... But mostly can not resist to have a branded fashion item ha ha...

Would you recommend the city and the University of Milan to other students?

Yes I would. I would like to recommend my school, Politecnico di Milano.

What is the food like?

Beside the price food is nice, you can find almost any food in some so called international shop, to find your country's ingridient. I suggest to cook yourself the food.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Milan?

The closest to school, the higher the price, more far more cheap, but need to consider the transport. Specially whenever there a transportation strike.
Try to find accommodation from university group market, usually cheaper.

How much does it cost to live in Milan?

Monthly you can spend 280-650 on housing, 350-~ for living food. Try to consider all in housing package, incl. Internet, gass, electricity etc. It's really helpfull.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Threre are language course available from univ., And also from city community which is free, but they will ask you some help on comunity works.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Milan from your city?

Flight...

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Milan?

Duomo, Navigli, so many places.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Milan?

I like bhangrabar, near arco della pace, nice aperitivo (all you can eat) food, but have to buy drink first. It cost €11.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Duomo (try to go to the top of the chaopel, see inside and explore archeologicalsite, bwfore go inside the nuseum), museum of science, san ambrosia,etc.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Milan in the future?

It's not as hard as they said to live here, there are more benefits behind.
