Two twenty-something students looking for accommodation in Milano

We are a young Danish couple who are looking for an apartment/studio in Milano - preferably near Boconni University.

We are both students and are going to spend a semester abroad. Hence, we are looking for a place we can stay from September to January. Perhaps we would even be able to move in July/August.

We are used to living in rented apartments and to handle other people's furniture carefully. We are currently living in a basement apartment, under a middle-aged couple - so, we would characterize our self as quiet and pleasant tenants. 

It would be nice if we were allowed to bring our Guinea pig, but only if it's possible.
