There is a place but I need a room mate!

Hey there I am Steven and I am 21 :) 

So there is a room I found but I need a roomie to share the price. It’s a shared room in a 2 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. Each room has two beds, 1170 is the total price for the room. So if we split, it comes to 585 per person. This Price includes all the bills (Gas,water,wifi,others) and the apartment is also pretty decent. The apartment is damn close to IULM. I will be moving in November 1st. 
A bit about myself:

• I am going to start my Masters in Game Design at IULM
• I like to stay clean but don't manage to stay tidy at times :p 
• Would love to meet new people and make good friends, since I am totally new to Italy.
• I don't smoke or drink and don't mind anyone who does.
