student seeking residence for 5 months near Bocconi university, Milan

I am travelling to Bocconi University on an Erasmus Exchange.During my stay i am seeking student accomodation in a private room.I have no preference of the gender of my other flat mates. I am also looking for a accomodation that includes all my bills within the cost such as Gas, Electricity, Water and Wi-FI. the flat must also be fully furnished. I would also have the prefence that the flat is non smoking. Any help or advice would be fab!
