Hi, I'm a PhD student looking for a small flat/large room, located up to 40 minutes by public transport from Citta Studi (Leonardo Campus). A flat with an equipped kitchen and optionally equipped bedroom. My budget is up to $700 monthly including all the bills monthly. I am looking for rent for 3.5 years.
I am calm, friendly, neat, admire joga and tea ceremonies:)
