PhD student (27 y.o.) looking for an appartment [+/- Urgent]

Hi, I am a future PhD student of Bocconi looking for an appartment. I can live alone in a studio or share an appartment with other people. I am a nice person that is easy to live with, especially considering that I love to cook. However, I am a very studious person that likes to keep his place clean so I am not looking for an appartment that host a lot of party. I am a French Canadian from Montreal and I speak perfectly French and English. Intermediate level in Mandarin Chinese (studied one year in China), want to learn Italian. Don't mind having  up to 3 flatmates, men or women [LGBTQ Friendly]. Will favor flatmates of 24+ y.o..
