Master student, looking for a private room in central Milan

I will be a master student in Leonardo campus. Looking for a single room to myself, don't want a bed in a shared room. I would like to live close to school / city center. I would like to be free to smoke in my room (if the room has a balcony i'm ok with that too). I'm clean and tidy, but not obsessed. I lived with lots of people before and i understand the concept of living together. I would expect the same respect but also would like to be good friends with my flatmate.
