looking for twin sharing room for september 2015

I am a 32 years  incoming graduate student at Domus Academy spending at least 2 years for a masters program in "Masters in Urban Vision and Architectural Design."  I am looking for a room that I can share it with a fellow female student.I am easy going, adapt easily and a people person. As it is my first time to study abroad I hope I can find the roommie who shares this exciting opportunity as well.  My budget is flexible from 300-400 euro as long as it has all the convenience of a complete apartment (A/C, heating, laundry and kitchen equipment. It would be a plus if it has wifi too).
