Jay and Emily 20 yr old students in Milan from Sept - March

We 20 year old student of the University of Cambridge, and will be in Milan from September 2017 - February 2018. One of us is working at a law firm, and the other one is studying. We are looking for fun and relaxed housemates, students or people with jobs, an apartment with a balcony/terrace would be ideal. We are very chilled out, so we want somewhere central if possible.
