Couple looking for room or cheap unit

Hey, I am 28, & my partner Corina is 22, we are studying architecture (in our final year), and are doing one semester at the Poli Milano Leonardo Campus. We would like something to move in on from the 20th of February, preferably within walking or riding distance of the campus in a not too noisy area, and despite being Australian would be very keen to share with italians as we would love to learn the language. I am currently in Milan at a hostel, so please let me know if you have something that would suite :) (I will have an Italian number tomorrow)
