Couple looking for accomodation

Hello,
My name is Karol, me and my girlfriend are coming to Milan and looking for an accomodation.
We both come from Poland and we are 26 and 24 years old.
We are interested in renting a double room or a flat, starting from beginning of September, until the end of January (with possibility to extend for other 5 months). Preferable location - Central/Eastern parts of the city (close to Universita degli Studi di Milano), but other are also ok, if they are well communicated.
We are a peaceful and tidy couple, both of us non-smoking. We enjoy socializing and meeting new friends. We spook good English and Italian.
