24 year old post graduate student, looking for accommodation in Milano

Hello, Im' Stefan 24 years old student at Cattolica university (strategic manegament for global business), as a student of economics I consider myself as very organized, also very tidy and resposible. I played tennis profesionaly as a junior, while playing it I traveled a lot and learnd how to take care of myself in foreing country in early ages. I'm looking for furnished one bedroom apartment near the metro station with the parking for car around the building. My studies lasts for 15 months so I'm looking for the apartment with the 10 months stay minimum (from October 20-th or 25-th to July 2018).
