I am just an adaptive person i prefer non smoker house friend but i lived 3 years with smoker room mate so thats okey for me. What i look for room mate is clean, tidy enough person. Parties or studies are both okey in daily life routine. My school is Politecnico di Milano because of that house in dergano/bovisa would be more good for me. Budget that i think for rentals 350 Euro max (for myself).
