22 Year old man looking for accommodation in Milan

I'm only looking for accomodiation, not roommates. Its for me and my girlfriend. A studio with all of the utilities included and near Sacro Cuore. Our classes start on february but we want to travel around Milan during January. We are calm students who just want to have an affordable place to sleep and study during the semester, no parties allowed its fine with us. We are also looking for a place that its furnished (Bed, closet, etc). And if it is possible to have a washing machine it would be something good to have for our stay, but not neccesary.
