Electricity, gas and waste rate

Good morning,

I'm writting because the next course I'll be studying at Milan so I'm looking for accommodation. In many cases, the ads say that the electricity, gas and waste rate are not included in the price. So my question is if someone knows more or less how much it can be, because I'm having problems to find a room and I would like to know the approximate amount.
