What is it like to live in Milan? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Living in Milan is very nice, but it depends if you are used with the noises of cars and a bit pollution in the air.
But the city is a hiden wonderland. There is everything you want and everything you didn't know you would fall in love with. And im in love with this city, 8 months wasnt enough to expore it all i saw everyday now places.

What is the student lifestyle like in Milan?

The student life in Milan sometimes give you a lot of free days so you can travel and some others you are from morning till afternoon in the university or lab or hospital if you study medicine. The professors are tolerant and very nice people and make your student life more beautiful and easy to learn.

How much does it cost to live in Milan?

Leaving in Milan costs a lot. Of course if you also want to enjoy the city and particular places like famos bars with great views of maybe a pary or an opera in Scala theater. But also without this life is a bit expensive here also accommodation and food so people chose to eat in mensas and leave in students residence more than renting a house.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Milan? Is there any advice you can give?

If you are a student if very easy to find accommodation, you just have to google the page of the university and there you have residences for student and in the price from 300-400€ per month is included also electicity , water , wifi, cleaning and so on.
And apartaments are a bit more expensive but anyway you cant meet new people and make good friends in Milan if you don't leave in a comunity.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

The food in Milan is very tasty. There are food from all over the italy traditions, sicilan, napoletan and also a lot of italian traditional meals and desserts.
I love Pizzas, pasta, cornetto (briosh) capuchino and the wine and the proseco is awesome as well.

What places would you recommend visiting in Milan?

In Milano i have to recommend a lot of places. Duomo of Milan and Galeria Emanuele are my prefered one. Also a lot of other churces, parco sempione, giardini di porta venezia, unicredit tower, palazzo Lombaria where you have the view of all Milan and is free every Sunday.

Is it good to eat out in Milan? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

In Milan you should try spontini pizza , sorbillo pizza. Ice cream bianco, casa Milani bar.

Is the nightlife good in Milan? Where is good to go?

Nightlife is awesome and you can go home with night buses if you turn home late. I suggest terraza Aperol, la banque, alcatraz, the club, old fashion and just cavalli. But also just anaperitivo in navigli is awesome

What advice would you give future students heading to Milan?

Choose Milan for your study is the best moden and beautiful city where you can enjoy the life and your study in the best way.
