You might have heard how industrialized and not beautiful Milano is. I can assure you right away, that is, and sorry for the bad manners, bullshit!

Luini panzerotti... The "saudades" of having those everytime I went to the center, I hope I will never forget how good it is... The food was amazing, as expected from Italy. Expensive sometimes. You need to know how to pick a restaurant or you risk paying a lot. On the other hand, you can find anywhere pizza for the typical 8€, even on fancy restaurants near Duomo!

The people were great and the diversity is very noticeable, at least comparing to Portugal, Lisbon. Also, I have found my self looking at models in the center while they were doing a photo shoot (even at 4 AM I had the pleasure of seeing a film being shoot in the Galleria, and it was not an imagination I swear... I didn't drink enough Invisible alla fragola that time).

Speaking about it, the nightlife is amazing! Italian people know how to party, and so did my erasmus friends ( as almost did thankfullly!). Invisible alla fragola is the key word for a night to remember. They were the best drink to ask in Alcatraz. Just be carefull with your phones. During my stay 5 people I knew had their phones stolen on that disco, specially after exiting.

Lastly, the university I attended was POLIMI. Not my type of evaluation for sure. You have to memorize a lot and understand very little. This might be a killer for you if you are into good grades (thankfully i was not).

I will leave you with two of my best pictures that I have taken during my erasmus. One of the amazing people I have met there (I miss them a lot, tenho saudades deles, as Lusitanians would say) and another of the city center on a rainy but full of life Sunday.
