Hard. There are not cheap places enough. Everything is fashion oriented

A lot. It is not good value for money. Food is expensive.

It is not difficult but sometimes students who really want to learn have difficulties in sharing a place with other people...

Obviously delicious. It is Italy! Risotto in Milan!
