Why did you choose to go to Milan, Italy?
hey guys! well.. to be honest it was a random choice at the beginning.. but i'm here in Milano already for the third year, and actually feeling like home! great beautiful city with terrible prices..haha however, it's a matter of time getting into the system!
How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
no scholarships, registered myself on erasmus by chance, was studying in IED, scholarship is a rare thing in there.
What is the student lifestyle like in Milan?
it depends on a university you are studying. in IED it's party non stop! ahahha
Would you recommend the city and the University of Milan to other students?
Politecnico di Milano is told to be the best one, i would love to study there more than in IED, more organized and disciplined
What is the food like?
depends!!!! i don't pay that much attention to that, since don't eat that much. but as for me, to much bread.
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Milan?
are you kidding me with that question? it did, and a lot!
How much does it cost to live in Milan?
you don't need a lot of money to live a happy life, if you are morally strong enough, try yourself in Milano
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
it's just a language, people are powerful, you know, just believe in yourself and you'll get italian fast. in IED half a year courses- 500 euros
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Milan from your city?
there is no economical way to travel from my city. i'm from Russia, hometown Ulyanovsk. have you ever heard about it?
Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Milan?

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Milan?
i can recommend a pub only. you know there is a great birreria on Naviglio Grande called BQ with home made beer. but one thing, it's too much tasty, so be ready to drink a lot!
What good cultural sites are there to visit?
c'mon! you have to visit all the cities in Italy, there is culture in those places where you less expect it!
