Why did you choose to go to Milan, Italy?

Because in Milan is a great weather, beautiful architecture and friendly people!

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

4 months. For one month I get 500e. So in total I have 2000 euros

What is the student lifestyle like in Milan?

Student lifestyle is very busy, because we have a lot of trips and party.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Milan to other students?

yes! I study in Bicocca univesity. Most teaching still takes place in large lecture halls but this will depend very much on each individual course. Student and lector are frendly and heplful.

What is the food like?

Food and wine in Italy - eternal allies. Italians drink wine only with food. Choose an aperitif of sparkling wine, the main meal - easy table wine, which is diluted with carbonated mineral water. Italy is very popular flour dishes - pasta, lasagne, pizza, they are made from the highest quality, durum wheat flour, which is not harmful figure. Desserts are prepared mostly fruit-based.

How much does it cost to live in Milan?

It's depends on lifestyle, but food and clothes cost is normal. Accommodatio cost is big I think, because for 2 rooms I pay 950 euros, but I live with 3 frieds, so we share this cost.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

You can choose go in language courses or not, but yes it's available.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Milan from your city?

I live in Milano, around the town i travel with metro.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Milan in the future?

Beware your phones and just enjoy Milan! :)
