Looking for a roommate from December 2024

Hey! I am looking for an international student to take over a room in my flat from December 1st 2023.

About the flat:

Airy and well lit, located in a 4 story building in Colonia Acacias, right inbetween Coyoacán and Del Valle which is an amazing location.

• 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom (we are clean and organized, you'll have room for your stuff in the bathroom and shower)
• Kitchen with dishwasher (not common at all in Mexico)
• Washer / dryer 
• Nice dining space with vintage table 
• Seating area with TV
• "Conversation pit" in the works, so a nice rug and pillows to sit on the floor. 
• fully equiped: fast speed internet, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, enough pantry room for all three of us, all kitchen utensils you may need, etc.

Your room:

• decent size, floor to ceiling window (good lighting) + blackout shade
• double bed with a 4 month old mattress (great shape, pretty sturdy)
• soft linenes and towels available for you, no need to buy 
• built-in closet (good size)
• small desk + chair inside your room

Easy access to:

• ITAM, UNAM and Universidad Panamericana
• Mitikah - a mall with a supermarket and nice shops 
• Cineteca Nacional - a movie theater with a great selection of films
• Viveros de Coyoacán - massive park, great for running and taking a breath of fresh air
• Subway station "Coyoacán" - 15 min ride to Roma/Condesa
• Bike sharing station - great to move around the city 

About me:

• 29 year old gay man, born and raised in Mexico City
• studied architecture at Tec here in Mexico City 
• studied my masters in Cultural Heritage in Prague 
• lived in Europe for +- 3 years
• i am clean, calm and organized 

About your other roomate:

• 29 year old straight woman, born and raised in Mexico City 
• studied Political Sciences and now works in diplomacy 
• fun, clean, organized, loves to cook and dance
• OWNS A CAT, WHICH LIVES IN THE FLAT

Important things to know:

• the room will be available from December, it is currently taken by a 24 yo german student doing an exchange semester at Tec 
• the flat is in the 3rd story and there is no lift in the building
• the cat thing, so if you are allergic, this is not the place for you
• contract is signed both in english and spanish 
• rent is 8,000 mxn including all fees and services (1 month deposit upon entry)
