Hosier Lane | Melbourne's Street Art

Published by flag- Oat Sitalasai — 7 years ago

Feel like you’ve already gone to the beach, checked out all the cool cafes and seen Brighton Bathing Boxes? You’re missing a small spot called “Hosier Lane, ” where street arts and graffitis come to live in this city.

Melbourne is a beautiful city full of great buildings, and this comes clear when you walk around in the city. The architecture and design of these buildings are completely different to those in Sydney. Hosier Lane is a stretch of small walk way which has been bombarded (in a good sense) with artistic artworks.

This lane way is a must visit in Melbourne from my perspective, as it presents a blend in artistic graffitis with the backdrop of a city that is open in creativity. There are a few bars/restaurants on the lane, in which sets a perfect setting for a picture or two.

The lane is just minutes away from the well-known and must visited Flinders Street Train Station. You should definitely spare some time to visit this beautiful wonder. It's worth a visit and it shouldn't take much time so don't worry! For more information on Hosier Lane and other awesome artistic places, head over to their website in which can be seen below:

Have fun!
