Room in a lovely Fallowfield house £150 per month!!

Hi,

Im looking for a person to live in our student house. At the moment we are 2 english (boy and girl) and on Erasmus, 1 german girl and 1 spanish girl. 2 cats.

We have a nice house in Fallowfield on Victoria Road which i have photos of if you would like to see.

We have 1 single bedroom - white walls and wardrobe, draws, single bed. it is cosy : D

Overall, the house has just been renovated so new kitchen and lounge, nice garden, garage ect. a real bargin!

room is £150 per month from Sept-June
