In Wroclaw if you want cheap places to eat, there are sites that you have to know:
Macarroni, selling all kinds of pasta, and for 1 € - 2 € the plate.
Bazilian, is a restaurant that sold by weight, besides being cheap, if you are certain times you will go half price.
Kurna xaka, for me the quintessential restaurant in Wroclaw, the best of Polish cuisine you can find it here.
Sphinx, apparently expensive restaurant, but has very good price, and if you have a student card in certain dishes you make a 50 %!
