0. A Room for a non smoker in flat of 110m2 of area. 1. Very good environment, respectful, (The flat is not shared with the owner, neither family). 2. All rooms and kitchen are exteriors with large windows and light. 3. It is absolutely silent. 4. The Building has very nice views, 2 modern lifts, porter service and surrounded by gardens and gates. 5. It has heating and new parquet. 6. There is Wi-fi in the whole flat and 55 TV channels, including channels of the most frequent spoken languages 7. Each room has a big built in wardrobe with lots of hangers. 8. The living room has a sofa bed 1,50 large and a TV. 9. Each room has a desk. 10. All the furniture in the house are modern (IKEA) there isn´t any old furniture in the flat. 11.
