One male and one female looking for accommodation near University of Maastricht

My friend and I will be exchange students in University of Maastricht for the fall semester 2018. We are both Indians currently studying in Singapore. We are looking for two separate rooms (furnished) in a house with other flatmates. We would need accommodation from about August 20th till December 25th or so. While we like our privacy, we are very excited to meet and live with local or other international students. Our priorities are proximity to SBE and spending time/partying with our flatmates!
