Male master exchange student looking for a single furnished room

Period: September-December

about the place:
I am looking for a private/single room (in a house/flat/guesthouse or whatever), FURNISHED (basic, a bed, chair and desk, some place to put my clothes would be nice though haha), with a bike shed or similar, kitchen needs to have an OVEN (argentinian cooking use it much) :), NO SMOKING INSIDE the house, not far from SBE if possible.
Music instruments allowed would be nice but not mandatory (and of course I won't play while others are studying). BUDGET 300-450, (W/E/G/Wifi include)

About me:
23 yo, from argentina. exchange master student (SBE- Economics). Really open minded, cool and patient. 

about living with me:
I am clean and tidy (for real!), very sociable and outgoing, like to keep common areas in good shape. not a great cook but eager to learn. Love to share long chats about everything. Prefer to have some general rules for everyday living-issues, to keep things friendly and avoid missunderstandings :)
studious, but love to hang out, and also I do know the value of privacy and respect people's mood and personal space..
