erasmus student in maastricht from italy

hello, i'm an incoming exchange student (at zuyd university) from italy and i will be in maastricht for autumn semester (1th september-31th january), and i'm looking for a single room in a shared flat, i'm willing to spend 400 euro maybe something more (410/420 not more) per month, i'm a sociable, available but mostly very tidy person, i often take care of floor's cleaning, even because i'm allergic to the dust, no problem about people who usually smoke, i don't have any kind of problem about it
