Apartment for 2 students couple in Maastricht

We are two students of the faculty of Law in UM going to study from September 2016 until June 2017, and therefore stay for 10 months in Maastricht. We are of 26 and 28 years of age from Riga, LAtvia and are going to obtain our second Master Degree. 

We are looking for the furnished,nice, not very large apartment, preferable in the city center, not far away from UM Faculty of Law. We have a budget of maximum Eur 1000 (including all the costs, gas, electricity, water and preferable internet).
